Job Description:

There are always exciting things happening in our office. ‘The Makers Loft,’ as we call it, is a loft space on the 5th floor with an amazing view of Berlin. There are many different people working here together we’ll be hosting small events. To ensure everything keeps running smoothly, we’re looking an office manager.

You’ll have the chance to become part of a talented team that is growing fast. As the office manager, you will play an important role in helping the company grow in a sustainable way. In addition, you’ll get all the benefits of joining a young startup that’s aiming high.

The ideal candidate for this position is:

  • Extremely well organized and highly independent
  • Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
  • Someone who feels compelled to keep an office space organized
  • A person who’s experienced with planning and scheduling
  • Comfortable meeting and greeting visitors
  • Not afraid of taking care of some basic bookkeeping
  • Only happy when the office is fully supplied with nice things
  • Able to help out with contract paperwork (but not the legal stuff)
  • The friend everyone goes to to ask for interior design advice
  • Grandmaster of the Excel sheets
